"Soft bonnet, but the fit is a little off"
The bonnet feels really soft and comfortable, so I have no complaints about the material. The fit was a bit strange for me though. It started to feel tight around my head after wearing it for a while. It is not terrible and I can still use it, but it was not quite as comfortable as I was hoping.

"Save yourself some time: returns are a hassle"
The return/exchange process was more annoying than I expected. It took way too long to get everything sorted out, and I kept feeling like I was just waiting around. If you’re thinking about ordering, double-check sizing or details first so you don’t end up wasting time dealing with an exchange.

"Super soft and easy to wear"
I ordered this beanie last week and got the confirmation email and receipt right away, which was nice. The beanie itself is really soft and not itchy at all, which I was a little worried about. I’ve worn it for hours at a time and it still feels comfortable, plus it keeps its shape well. Simple purchase, but I’m really happy with it

I ordered from Le Bonnet and, based on this one purchase, I’d say their sizing is generally reliable. I checked the size guide before buying, and the fit was about what I expected — not too tight and not too loose. It maybe runs just a tiny bit smaller than I had in mind, but it’s still totally wearable. Shipping was fine as well. I’m giving 4 stars because the sizing worked out well, though I do wish the product page had a little more detail...

"Looks good, but I wish it was warmer"
I really wanted to love this beanie because it looks nice and feels decent, but it just doesn’t keep my ears warm enough when it’s windy. For the price, I expected a bit more warmth. No issues with updates or anything like that, just disappointed it’s not cozier

I had a good feeling when I saw the tracking update, and it ended up arriving faster than I expected. No problems at all with shipping, which is always a relief.

"Hat’s nice, but the packaging was a letdown"
The hat itself was fine, no real complaints there. But the packaging felt cheap and showed up a little crushed, which wasn’t the best first impression. For the price, I guess I just expected it to feel a bit more put together..

"Too expensive, and support didn’t really help"
It just feels too pricey for what you get. I tried reaching out to support to see if there were better options or any way to make it worthwhile, but I kept getting bounced around in the same support loop without a real answer. In the end, it didn’t feel worth the money for me.

I had a small issue with my order, so I sent customer service an email. They got back to me in maybe a day or so and had it sorted quickly without making a whole fuss about it. It felt like I was talking to a real person, not just getting some copy-paste response. I’d definitely order from them again.

Not gonna lie, I really liked how it looked at first, but after wearing it just two times, the knit started getting fuzzy and loose. I expected it to hold up a bit better.

I ordered this beanie because the photos made it look like a soft beige, but when it arrived it was way more yellow than I expected. I was kind of in a rush when I ordered it, so maybe I should’ve looked closer, but still, the color felt different in person. The quality seems fine, but for the price it was a bit frustrating. I probably wouldn’t order one online again.
